WHO ARE WE?
We are a husband and wife team, local residents of Camden County . Terri was born in Georgia , and has lived in Georgia most of her life. Terri takes care of most of the office work. Dan has been involved with real estate investment for many years and does most of the field work (who you will see). We are not afraid of challenges, in fact, in the last year we have purchased more than a couple house that others felt we were crazy to get involved with. We are very easy to work with and try to understand any situation our seller may be in.

OUR EXPERIENCE
We have many years of experience in real estate. Since 2001 we have worked exclusively in Camden County . Neither Terri nor myself are licensed real estate agents, but as needed, we will work closely with realtors, closing attorneys and others. We have a couple of employees in the field and we do all of our own repairs. Because we do all our own work, have years of experience and we are very familiar with the area, we will take challenges that our local investors may be afraid of.
